Refund Policy for In-Person Workshops and Classes
- Cancellations must be received in writing by email to support [at] thomaspetty.com or the Contact Us form.
- Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the start of the program registered for will receive a refund of all monies less the $175.00 cancellation fee.
- We are unable to refund any fees for registrations canceled within two weeks of the start of training.
- Failure to appear for the training will result in forfeiture of the full course fee.
- Changes to the registration at anytime are only by approval of the Thomas Petty Enterprises administration.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In this case, applicants are entitled to a full refund of the program fee.
- We will advise applicants at the earliest opportunity of changes to schedule program. Thomas Petty Enterprises is not responsible for travel fees, or any expenses incurred as a result of canceled programs
If you are unable to attend the in-person training program, you may transfer your registration to another person at any time by providing at least 24 hours written authorization prior to the class. Rescheduling to another class in the future is sometimes possible on a space-available basis only and with the instructor’s prior approval.
If you have chosen to make monthly payments for any training program, any late or uncollected payments are subject to a late fee equal to 10% of the amount owed.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Subscription and Online (Virtual) Training Programs
If you are unsatisfied with your online or virtual training or coaching program for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund. It will be processed within two (2) weeks of the request.
If you have signed up for a monthly subscription service, you may cancel at any time by contacting us by phone, e-mail or using the link in your receipt to cancel the monthly payments.
If your subscription is beyond the initial 30 days since purchase, refunds will not be issued.
