I’ve been teaching business owners how to market online for many years now, and I love it when they get the “Aha!” moment and start to see the possibilities for themselves. After all, we as individuals are all looking online for companies to do business with too, right? As an example, just a couple weeks ago, I had to find a new dog groomer because my wife’s regular groomer is out sick and has been closed. I always book the appointments a month in advance because all the groomers are booked solid in my town. So of course, I turned to the Internet to find someone else that I trusted to do a good job.
